All Too Hard ready to go after second Flemington jumpout

Hawkes Racing says it has Caulfield Guineas winner All Too Hard ready for his first-up outing after another jumpout at Flemington on Friday morning.

All Too Hard is set to resume in Saturday week's Group I CFOrr Stakes (1400m) at Caulfield after the colt stepped out in an unofficial barrier for the second successive Friday.

The half-brother to Black Caviar worked home over the top of the front-runners to win the hit-out in a time of 47.54 for 800 metres. Multiple Group I winner Wall Street was third in the heat while Group I Flight Stakes winner Norzita caught the eye with her last 200 metres to finish fourth.

Co-trainer John Hawkes said All Too Hard was ready to return to the races but would improve further as he progressed into his autumn campaign.

"It was only a jumpout but he hit the line good," Hawkes told Sky Racing World. "He's come back a lot more mature this time and I'm really pleased with him.

"You can only have a horse so fit going into the races. He's in Saturday week but he's at the right point.

"It's just a matter of where we go and his fitness will only get better as he goes along. He'll be plenty fit enough come raceday."

Below is the footage of All Too Hard's jumpout, courtesy of Group I Productions, while the second video is the jumpout from the eyes of top jockey Chris Symons.

A broken leg kept Symons off the scene since early spring but the rider used the time to develop a smaller and lighter version of "Jockey Cam", which was used in the Channel Seven coverage of the Flemington carnival.
