As a punter do you follow a stable? If not, maybe you should, so here’s a list of the 10 most in-form stable operations in Australia at the moment.
To make our top 10, a trainer had to have at least 10 starters over the past 21 days and the list is headed up by West Australian horseman Michael Lane, who’s 15 starters have yielded seven winners at a strikerate of 2.14 runners to winners.
The Hawkes Racing team have been flying along for the past few months and they are striking at 2.16 with six winners from their last 13 starters, an amazing achievement considering they have stable operations at both Rosehill and Flemington.
